Convert your files to smaller formats (we recommend MP3) to aid in faster downloads. Large video files, particularly .mp4 and .mov, can take much longer to download than audio files.  We recommend converting your video to audio if there are no visual elements in your video that would significantly aid in transcription (such as identifying multiple speakers in a panel, seminar, or hearing).
