Transcription Clients:  We bill on the 15th and the last day of the month for both one-time jobs and ongoing projects. Payment is due within two weeks from the invoice date or before the submission of new audio files for transcription, whichever comes first.

 

Proofreading & Editing Clients:  One-time clients or those who submit work sporadically pay per text. Clients with regular weekly work are billed every Friday, payable weekly.
